Introduction



Hello blog readers.

I am Amai*Zing but you all can call me Amai. My other blog is about health and fitness as I'm trying to lose weight but one thing I don't want to lose in the journey to lose the pounds is enjoyment in food. I know some do better with the philosophy that food is fuel for the body and nothing more but I think food can still be enjoyable. So, I decided to start a food blog in connection with my health/fitness one.

I am not a trained chef by any means but I enjoy trying new recipes and techniques whenever I can. Recipes are either made up, researched online or seen on television though I have no problem winging it even when it comes to Food Network recipes and will make changes whenever I feel like it. I just enjoy cooking and eating, that is my credentials and all I need for this.

What type of food will I display on this blog? Any. While I am trying to eat healthier there are going to be occasions where I will post unhealthy food. Life is too short to not enjoy and sometimes it's good to be a little naughty.


What to expect from this blog: Well, there won't be a specific schedule because I'm terrible at keeping those. Don't expect a post every single day because I have found people like a day or two to get around to reading posts and that's okay. The whole point of this blog is to have fun and share my culinary experiences. I will try to post pictures when I can because visual is very helpful in cooking. Plus the successes are fun to brag about.

I know that it will take some time before I have followers but at least I get to try new recipes and that is always fun. Can't wait to pick my first recipe and start cooking.
